"I just didn’t feel super confident using..."
I just didn’t feel super confident using this site tbh. Some of the info was kinda unclear, and I wasn’t totally sure what was actually included before paying. Maybe it works fine for other people, idk, but for me it didn’t give that safe/reassuring feeling I want when buying tickets online. I’d rather book somewhere that feels more straightforward

I don’t know what happened, but the date listed was wrong and it completely messed up my plans. I had everything arranged around it, so finding out it wasn’t the actual date was really frustrating. it kind of made me wonder if the info was rushed out just to get people to commit first and ask questions later.

I was expecting clearer instructions and more accurate info about the venue, but the seat view and details ended up being wrong. I had to Google everything myself, which was frustrating.

I booked last minute and the confirmation showed up way too late, so I ended up missing the show, which was really annoying. I tried contacting support too, but they didn’t really help much or make it better. So yeah, I wouldn’t risk buying last minute tickets here again.

Getting into the venue was a mess. I kept thinking, surely this line is going to start moving soon… but nope. The staff seemed just as confused as everyone else, and scanning our tickets took forever. By the time we finally got inside, we’d already missed the start of the show, which was so frustrating. Not a great way to begin the night

"Mobile tickets made getting in way more stressful than it needed to be"
I booked my tickets and chose mobile delivery because I figured it would be the easiest option. I was already feeling mentally drained that day, so I liked the idea of just pulling them up on my phone and walking in.
Of course, when I got to the door, the tickets wouldn’t open properly. The page kept loading strangely, and the barcode was either tiny or not showing up right. I had to step off to the side and mess with my email, browser, and screen settings while everyone else just kept moving past me.

Maybe mobile tickets work fine for other people, but for me it was stressful and annoying. By the time I finally got it sorted, I felt even more worn out. Next time, I’d rather just print the tickets and avoid the hassle.

"Discount code wouldn’t work at checkout"
I tried using a discount code on londontheatredirect.com and it just refused to go through, even though it looked valid to me. There wasn’t any clear explanation, just random annoying errors at checkout. I ended up paying full price because I didn’t want to lose the seats, but whoever runs this needs to sort it out. Frustrating experience.

"Seat selection was a headache"
I went through the seat map and picked the seats I wanted, but when I got to checkout, it showed completely different ones. I thought maybe I’d done something wrong, so I started over, twice. In the end, I still got stuck with rubbish seats. it was really annoying.

"Frustrating from start to finish"
In the end, I was just left feeling frustrated and unsure about what was going on with my booking. The communication wasn’t clear at all, and the emails felt like they were missing the basic details I needed.

I had to reread messages a few times just to figure out what they meant, and when I asked for clarification, the replies still felt vague. It might be okay if everything goes perfectly, but if you actually need clear answers, it’s not a great experience

"Missed the Show After All That Waiting"
This was so frustrating. I waited in the queue forever thinking everything would be fine, but the tickets arrived way too late and I ended up missing the show completely. Such a waste of time and money. Never again.

"Refunds and exchanges shouldn’t be this difficult"
I tried to sort out a refund/exchange and, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies took a while and weren’t exactly bursting with helpfulness. I didn’t really feel like anyone was making much effort to look after me, which is always nice when you’re already dealing with changing plans. I probably wouldn’t use them again unless I was 100% sure nothing could possibly change.

"Frustrating ticket booking experience"
I tried booking tickets on the site and it was such a pain. It kept freezing on me, sometimes it would randomly send me back a page too. The filters didn’t really narrow anything down properly and checkout was confusing, it took way longer than it needed to. After messing with it for a while I just gave up, it was really annoying.

I booked some theatre tickets through londontheatredirect after browsing around for a bit, and the site itself was easy enough to use. Nothing really went wrong with the actual booking, and I did get my tickets without any drama, so in that sense it was fine. But once I got all the way to checkout, the total was higher than I thought it was going to be, and later I noticed similar seats listed cheaper somewhere else. That was frustrating. Maybe I should’ve compared prices more carefully before buying, but I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the full price was much clearer from the start

I was really disappointed with how difficult it was to use the gift voucher. I couldn’t get it to redeem properly, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help at all. It ended up being a frustrating waste of time, i’d expect some kind of compensation or at least a replacement voucher for the trouble.

I tried getting a basic accessibility info before booking, but it turned into bit of a hassle. The replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I needed, so I still wasn’t sure which seat or entrance would actually work for me. For the theatre ticket site, I feel like this kind of thing should be much clearer. In the end, I just booked somewhere else

"Account page really shouldn’t be this frustrating"
I tried to manage my account and, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe I’m being picky, but logging in felt awkward, changing my details wasn’t straightforward, and I kept having to click around just to find basic stuff. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect an account page to be simple to use, so yeah, this wasn’t really what I expected

I was trying to look up the show, but I couldn’t find simple stuff like the times or who was in the cast. It made me a little nervous, because when basic info is missing I start wondering if I’m being misled or if I’m about to book the wrong thing

"Seat view felt misleading"
I booked these seats after looking at the seat view, but what we actually got really didn’t seem that close to it. Maybe I missed some small note somewhere, but from where we were sitting the stage was partly blocked, and we definitely would’ve chosen different seats if we’d known. I can’t say for sure whether the view was intentionally misrepresented, but it did feel a bit misleading. When I contacted support, I just got a standard reply, which was disappointing.
